George Soros and his rich liberal friends, after wasting tens of millions of dollars to make Hillary Clinton president and failing tremendously, now are gathering in Washington for a three-day meeting behind close doors to try and come up with a solution to fight against Donald Trump and prevent him from becoming the new president.
The conference in Mandarin Oriental hotel is funded by the Democracy Alliance donors and will welcome leaders of the biggest unions and liberal groups and leftist supporters such as House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi, Sen. Elizabeth Warren and Congressional Progressive Caucus co-chairman Keith Ellison.
This will be their first gathering after the shock that caused Trump’s victory, and the plan is to take out anything they can come up with to battle Trump.
Of course, this doesn’t mean that they weren’t doing anything to diminish Trump’s victory and cause tensions. As we all know, Soros was behind all the protests that emerged after Trump’s election.
The agenda also contains plans for preparation for the elections in 2017 and 2018, among the main goal – interrupting and ruining Trump’s 100-day plan which they consider to be ‘a terrifying assault on President Obama’s achievements — and our progressive vision for an equitable and just nation’.
The role of the Democracy Alliance (DA) in politics is huge. In the past, they’ve successfully shaped the institutions of the left and directing them towards Clinton, with the goal of winning the elections. Their main strategy was attracting minorities and women and making them a so-called ‘rising American electorate’.
However, that proved to be unsuccessful in this year’s presidential election, in which Trump won with the massive support of the working-class whites.
Another DA’s strategy that also didn’t work was forcing issues like fighting climate changes and questions about the role of money in politics, which was used by DA’s beneficiary groups to gather votes.
Now, with a massive loss and a terrible defeat, the Democratic Party started to question George Soros’ vision and their role in the Democracy Alliance.
“The DA itself should be called into question,” said one Democratic strategist who has been active in the group and is attending the meeting. “You can make a very good case it’s nothing more than a social club for a handful wealthy white donors and labor union officials to drink wine and read memos, as the Democratic Party burns down around them.”
Gara LaMarche, the president of the DA, on Sunday evening told donors gathered at the Mandarin for a welcome dinner that some reassessment was in order. According to prepared remarks, he said, “You don’t lose an election you were supposed to win, with so much at stake, without making some big mistakes, in assumptions, strategy and tactics.”
It’s time to take George Soros DOWN!
