A federal judge ruled Friday that President Trump’s executive order which bans immigrants from six majority-Muslim nations is legal.

Here’s what Virginia’s Democrat Gov. McAuliffe said about Trump’s ban:

On the other side, Judge Anthony Trenga of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia stated that Trump’s ban is completely legal and that it doesn’t discriminate Muslims. However, Palestinian activist Linda Sarsour didn’t agree and put forward the injunction against it, reports Liberty Writers News.

Trenga claimed,

“THE PRESIDENT HAS UNQUALIFIED AUTHORITY TO BAR PHYSICAL ENTRY TO THE UNITED STATES AT THE BORDER.”

He said that the executive order makes no mention of religion and has a “state secular purpose” of protecting U.S. citizens from terrorist attacks.

The Department of Justice then issued a statement, saying:

“The Department of Justice is pleased with the ruling. As the Court correctly explains, the President’s Executive Order falls well within his authority to safeguard the nation’s security.”

Of course President Trump has the authority to bar certain people from entering the United States. And for the last time: Trump’s executive order is not a Muslim ban. The fake news media called it that way and that’s what they want people to believe in. Besides, there were plenty of Muslim-majority countries that were not mentioned in the executive order.

It is the President’s job to do anything he can for the safety of the citizens of his country. And Trump is doing exactly that.
