It’s frustrating to hear liberals lying shamelessly on their events as we watch them on television, but we cannot imagine what it must be like to have to hear them in person. Unfortunately, our beloved Dolly Parton found that out first-handedly on this year’s Emmy Awards.

Parton appeared on stage with co-presenters Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin.

The trio, who had co-starred on the 1980 film “9 to 5,” was supposed to be reunited at the Emmys to present an award. However, since that’s become a tradition in liberal events, Hollywood moonbats Tomlin and “Hanoi Jane” Fonda started attacking President Trump.

“Back in 1980 in that movie, we refused to be controlled by a sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot,” Fonda said.

Tomlin chimed in:

“And in 2017, we still refuse to be controlled by a sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot.”

You can tell by the shocked expression on Dolly’s face that she does not share her colleagues’ anti-Trump views and was stunned by the vitriol.

Afterward, many country-music fans accused Parton of being just another clueless Hollywood hypocrite who trashes Trump.

That’s when noted conservative actor James Woods jumped to Dolly’s defense:

President Trump had the last laugh. The 2017 Emmys, which was a Trump bash-fest, scored the lowest ratings in its history.

Trump later sarcastically tweeted that he was “saddened” to see Emmys’ abysmal ratings.

We’re glad to see that liberal hate-filled events are losing the audience, but Dolly should not be put in the same corner as those narrow-minded Hollywood hypocrites!
