It’s Official: Look Which State Just Banned Sharia Law Forever

In the United States, we have some things that we never actually speak about. In this country, the laws of our federal, state and local governments are used in order to solve the cases that come before our courts. But, keep in mind that the US Constitution is always put first when it comes to making decisions.

When we solve cases, we rely only on the rules of our country, not any other country or body, not any religious groups or anything similar. This, of course, excludes Sharia Law, the Koran and all the Islamic writings.

Muslims have been trying so hard to make America an Islamic country, so someone had to make it clear to them that no matter what they do the US will never become an Islamic country. That is why in Texas, Governor Abbott created the “American Laws for American Courts” bill that is already put into law, reports American Conservative Herald.

As reported by Breitbart, this bill prevents state judges from applying any foreign law in their decision-making process. This means that the bill will protect all those who have been involved in a lawsuit ‘against violations of constitutional rights and public policy in the application of foreign law’ under the U.S. and Texas Constitutions, federal and judicial precedent, the Texas Family Code, and the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act.

As expected, CAIR opposed this bill on the grounds of it disabling Muslims of practicing their religion. The solution to this is very simple – everyone who wants to live under Sharia Law should find another country to live in. It’s really pretty selfish to want to change the laws of such a big nation just so they could suit a minority of newcomers.
