A year has passed since the election, and whiny Democrats still can’t accept the fact that the American people chose Donald Trump to be their President. But that’s not the worst thing. Democrats’ calls for impeachment are in a way expected. When Republicans make those calls, however, that is downright treason.

Now, we are hearing the ‘impeachment’ word once again. The impeachment thing is active again, but this time it’s aimed at a federal judge.

Alabama Senate Republican nominee Roy Moore requested an impeachment procedure for the federal judge who put an end to the President’s transgender military ban.

“The decision of a federal judge in the District of Columbia enjoining President Trump’s executive order on transgenderism in the military is absolutely ridiculous and is a perfect example of the outlandish doctrine of judicial supremacy whereby judges exalt themselves over the Constitution they are sworn to uphold,” Moore stated.

Roy Moore is a former state Supreme Court chief justice. His statement comes after US District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly ruled that the President’s new directive violates the Fifth Amendment right. His ruling is against the President’s idea of the US military, and the issue of transgenders will keep going, since the ban can’t be applied while the problem is reviewed in federal court.

Moore disapproves Kollar-Kotelly’s decision, noting that she “placed herself above the US Constitution” and exhibited judicial activism. He also talked about the House of Representatives and the idea of impeaching her for violating he Constitution that involves “unlawful usurpation of power” and “lack of good behavior” before handing the case in the US Senate to have her out of the court, reports Politicus Daily.

Our country is the greatest country in the world and we need a strong military to protect it. And gender-confused people are not the right choice for being first responders. This is a major case, and hopefully the House will make the right decision.
