Apparently, the two former Presidents – father and son Bush, think they did very well as presidents, so now they have the decency to criticize President Trump. Both George W. Bush and his father, George H.W. Bush trash the President in a new book to be released this month. George W. Bush even said that, despite Trump’s political affiliation, he’s worried “that I will be the last Republican president.”

The book titled “The Last Republicans” is written by Mark K. Updegrove. In it, the former presidents comment on Trump’s ego, while admitting that they don’t know much about him.

“I don’t like him. I don’t know much about him, but I know he’s a blowhard. And I’m not too excited about him being a leader,” the senior Bush said, according to the author.

The other one even ‘gave’ Trump some advice.

“Wow, this guy doesn’t know what it means to be president,” the younger Bush said. He indicated that a president should not “exploit the anger, incite it” but rather “come up with ideas to deal with it.”

Neither man voted for Trump in the last election, and George H.W. confirms in the book that he voted for Hillary Clinton, reports The Hill. His son, however, said he left the top of his ballot blank and did not vote for Clinton because she has “bad judgment.”

Keep in mind that all George W. Bush will be remembered by are series of public speaking gaffes and costly wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Considering all that, he is not the one who should be criticizing others and giving advice. And it’s especially wrong to say such things about a fellow Republican who is doing an amazing job improving this country.
